My coaching moves through four cornerstones. Together, they help you see where you are, what is holding you back, and how to integrate it all into one whole self.

Purpose

What you are here for. We work on what gives your life direction and meaning of its own.

Intention

Your goals and what you are reaching toward. We name what you want and how to move toward it.

Meaning

What matters to you, underneath the daily noise. We find what is worth your energy and attention.

Shadow

What holds you back. We look honestly at your limiting beliefs and how to move forward from them, then bring it all together into your wholeness.

How we get there

Sensory and grounded in the present

The work is sensory and grounded in the present. I draw on a range of techniques and meet you where you are:

  • Mindfulness and presence, living through your senses
  • Breathing techniques and breathwork
  • Meditation, tailored to what you need
  • Sound bowls
  • Essential oils, to engage the senses and bring you back to yourself

Living in the present

The heart of everything I do

When you are looking back, you cannot change the past. You also cannot predict the future. What you can do is live in the present moment, and let it bring you peace and joy now.

That is the heart of everything I do.
